Subscription Policy
This draft reference records the recurring-purchase model configured through Kaching. One-time purchase remains the default.
The policy is not yet effective because consent, notices, management, cancellation, failed-payment, and renewal workflows still require final testing and legal approval.

A subscription applies only after the customer affirmatively selects it.

Reference status
This draft is not yet an effective recurring-order policy. The storefront configuration and accepted commercial rules are documented here for review, but publication requires verified pre-enrollment disclosures, consent records, confirmations, notices, account access, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and renewal behavior.
Kaching is the current subscription application. The material terms shown on the product page, cart, checkout, confirmation, customer account, and this policy must agree before launch.
Five core single products
NMN 500 mg, CoQ10 Ubiquinone, Resveratrol 50% 600 mg, Lion’s Mane Mushroom, and Magnesium Glycinate use the same quantity-to-interval structure:
1 bottle: every 30 days with 15% off the one-bottle price.
2 bottles: every 60 days with 10% off the displayed two-bottle pack price.
3 bottles: every 90 days with 10% off the displayed three-bottle pack price.
6 bottles: every 180 days with 10% off the displayed six-bottle pack price.
A one-bottle subscription does not offer a free choice of 60, 90, or 180 days. The applicable recurring total is the price for the full shipment, not a monthly or per-bottle charge unless the storefront expressly labels it that way.
Duo and Trio systems
Cellular Energy Duo, Focus & Vitality Duo, and Longevity Core Trio may be selected as one, two, or three complete systems in a shipment. The matching delivery intervals are 30, 60, or 90 days, and the subscription discount is 10% for each supported quantity.
The displayed recurring total must match the selected quantity and interval. Standard shipping is free for these three system subscriptions under the configured shipping profile. This exception does not make every subscription or every mixed cart automatically eligible for free shipping.
Complete Longevity 6 remains one-time only and does not inherit the subscription rules of an NMN six-bottle pack.
Before enrollment and consent
Before a customer agrees to a recurring purchase, the offer must show the recurring price per shipment, discount, quantity, delivery and billing frequency, shipping charge or applicable exception, taxes, renewal nature, cancellation method, and any verified cutoff that affects the next order.
A subscription requires a clear affirmative action distinct from one-time purchase. REVESYN must retain evidence of the material terms shown and the customer’s consent. Preselected recurring purchase is not the accepted model.
Confirmation, management, and cancellation
The effective workflow must provide a durable confirmation containing the material terms, the next relevant date, and a simple management and cancellation route. Any legally required renewal reminder or material-change notice must match the customer’s jurisdiction and the live Kaching configuration.
Online enrollment must include a simple online cancellation method. Cancellation stops future renewals after the applicable verified cutoff and should generate a retainable acknowledgment. This draft does not promise a particular cutoff, pause, skip, reschedule, retry, reminder, or authentication flow until each function is tested.
Orders already processing, returns, and availability
Canceling future renewals may not cancel an order already billed or accepted for fulfillment. The effective policy will state the verified cutoff and the support path for an order already in progress.
Shipping and returns follow the applicable Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Price, discount, shipping, tax, failed-payment retry, substitution, pause, skip, and cancellation behavior must match the live offer and applicable law.
A materially different product or formula will not be substituted without any consent required by law.
NMN six-bottle gift and renewal boundary
The accepted NMN six-bottle subscription offer allows an optional Vitamin C Serum only when the customer selects it for the first shipment. Renewals do not include the gift. A first shipment without the selected gift remains valid.
This renewal exclusion is an accepted commercial rule but still requires post-order verification in Kaching before the policy becomes effective. Complete Longevity 6 has a separate optional one-time gift offer and is not a subscription.
