Reference status and agreement
This draft is not effective and does not govern an operating storefront. Before sales begin, REVESYN will publish dated Terms that identify the operating legal entity and accurately reflect the selling model, checkout, order acceptance, governing law, dispute terms, warranties, liability, and non-waivable consumer rights.
The effective Terms will identify the services covered, state when a customer accepts them, and describe applicable age, authority, and selling-jurisdiction requirements.
Shopify platform and educational information
Shopify provides ecommerce technology; it is not automatically the seller of REVESYN products. The effective Terms will identify the seller and the role of each verified provider.
Store content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Product decisions should be based on the current physical label and appropriate professional advice.
Dietary supplements and safe use
Dietary supplements are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or effectiveness before marketing. The effective Terms will not imply FDA approval or guarantee an outcome.
Customers should review the physical label, directions, warnings, seal, and condition before use. After an unexpected reaction, stop use and seek appropriate medical advice. An emergency should be handled through emergency services, not a store form.
Orders, availability, and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The effective Terms and production flow will define when an order is accepted, how payment authorization is handled, and what happens if stock, price, address, or product information is incorrect.
No draft wording creates a guaranteed right to fulfillment before acceptance or removes rights that applicable law does not allow REVESYN to waive.
Prices, taxes, payment, shipping, and returns
The live price, mandatory charges, shipping terms, and return rules shown before purchase will control. Standard shipping is currently $8 below a $70 merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax, and free at $70 or more. Current delivery eligibility is limited to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
A return request may be submitted within 60 days after delivery. An opened product is eligible only for a clear defect in the contents. Review the complete Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
The draft storefront includes recurring-purchase options through Kaching for five core single products and three Duo/Trio systems. One-time purchase remains selected by default. Complete Longevity 6 remains one-time only.
Recurring terms apply only when the customer affirmatively selects a subscription after seeing the price per shipment, quantity, interval, discount, shipping treatment, renewal nature, and available management and cancellation route. Review the staged Subscription Policy. Final legal terms remain subject to tested consent, confirmation, notice, account, cancellation, and failed-payment workflows.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for reasonable account security. Prohibited use may include unlawful activity, interference, credential abuse, malicious code, unauthorized scraping, and infringement, without restricting any right that cannot be waived.
Account and subscription-management statements in the effective Terms will match the customer-account mode and app functions that are actually available.
Content, reviews, and intellectual property
The effective Terms will state ownership and licenses accurately. Any review or user-content provision will be aligned with moderation, disclosure, privacy, and consumer-review requirements.
No review, rating, endorsement, or customer result is created or licensed merely by staging this draft.
Privacy and third-party services
Personal information will be governed by the effective Privacy Policy. Third-party tools and links may have their own terms, but the final Terms will not disclaim responsibilities that applicable law does not allow REVESYN to disclaim.
The current Privacy Policy page is a separate draft reference. The native Shopify Privacy Policy remains unchanged until the production data map and legal review are complete.
Disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes
Any warranty disclaimer, liability limit, indemnity provision, arbitration term, class waiver, governing-law clause, or venue clause will be reviewed for the operating business and will preserve rights that cannot be waived.
This draft intentionally does not invent a legal entity name, governing jurisdiction, venue, liability floor, or dispute process.
Contact and changes
Before the Terms become effective, REVESYN will add the operating legal entity, effective date, approved contact details, amendment method, severability, assignment, waiver, and complete-agreement language appropriate to the operating business.
